The service of Tommy (my TF Guide) was excellent! His support started just before my trip, he planned with me how we will spend our day, and what experience I wanted to have. He planned a very specific and enjoyable plan, we went to Takao Mountain, and the experience was definitely above expectations. Tommy has printed for me a booklet with info regarding the mountain and give it to me when he picked me up in my hostel. We went to the mountain, get some traditional snacks in the way to the top of the mountain and have a typical lunch of Soba. Tommy has a lot of knowledge regarding Japan & it culture.
