I must point out that this kind of service which local volunteer guides tourists is unique to Japan and we have never met such organization anywhere else in the world. Mr. Kuniaki picked us up from the hotel where we were staying and accompanied us all day in the Shibuya and Shinjuku neighborhoods of Tokyo. His accompaniment helped us to better understand the Japanese culture, and he did it in a very pleasant way. We were a family of 6 travelers of all ages and he was able to adapt himself to everyone. In the days after the tour, Kuniaki took care of us and sent us recommendations on WhatsApp for the rest of the trip. As can be clearly understood from the all around "EXCELLENT" ratings, the day we had with Ken was, well, EXCELLENT indeed. There are many phrases/words that are synonyme with excellent: Admirable, distinguished, exceptional, fine, first-rate, etc' etc' - all them expressions - they may all be applied here just as well... The teatro received through the website before the tour was excellent. The guide Yasushi was excellent and brilliant. He knows a lot about the history of Japan and places where we go sight seeing. He prepared and excellent tour with our needs. He speack really fluent English and also tried to explain us everything. Very kindfull and excellent person. The service was outstanding. I had an enjoyable time on my tour. I was able to see and do things that were not too touristy but were still very interesting. The guides were flexible despite the current events and when it did not work out with the first guide, TFG worked to assign me to someone who was available. Keiko was amazing for us - We didn't know what we wanted to see and she created a tour for us with various different places to see. She even found an incredible place for us to enjoy lunch with a live shamisen performance.
