The service experience is great. Both the booking, the rules, email updates, etc. made it excellent service. Besides of course Keiji who contacted us way upfront and made proposal of the itinerary, provided estimates for he expenses, answered all questions that we asked before arrival allowed great preparations. The day spent with Keiji again was super. A lot of information, great places selected, easy transportation between the spots and personal level of getting to know each other was superb.
