I love my day in Tokyo with Miwako, I get to experienced and learned so much a lot Japanese culture and life style. We first went to Meiji Shrine, Miwako taught us how to pray and wash our hands, she also explained to us about the history of Meiji Shrine. Then we visit Omotesandō, Miwako explained various architects work and style, which I really enjoyed and show us unique spots. We had lunch at a really good Shabu Shabu place for a good lunch price. Lastly, we visit Yanaka, which it's also my favorite part of the trip, it was a quiet neighborhood and very different than other parts of Tokyo and we get to experienced the traditional tea ceremony.
I love the services the TFG provided, I wish other cities would do the same and I recommend Miwako and the TFG services 100%.

Joji communicated with us regarding our itinerary and meeting place and we felt really confident about meeting with Joji and spending the day with him. He had obviously put a lot of effort into planning our day. That night Tokyo experienced a minor earthquake and he messaged us the next to day to see if we were ok. Excellent service and Joji did a wonderful job.

As being a Turkish citizen my country's 10% of the national income comes from tourism so we give value to tourism and we think that hospitality is the key factor for the success of this industry.
First of all, Mr. Kuniaki has shown us great hospitality and he was very patient with the children. In that sense children's satisfaction for the service can show you the real outcome. My children at home now say "we have a friend in Japan" and they are writing essays in their school about it. So, in conclusion, the service was perfect.
In addition, Mr. Kuniaki was going us with a full detailed program and we have seen numerous places that were beyond our expectations. He was very active and he was a perfect leader during the trip.
