I loved my time with Tomoyoshi Inui. He was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and fun to be with! In the two days, I spent with him I was able to do and experience many different things. He exposed me to multiple venues, including the Edo Tokyo Museum and the Imperial Palace. I also thoroughly enjoyed making Japanese pancakes during our first lunch together! Tomo shared countless historical tidbits with me along with a unique insight into the Japanese culture. I am amazed by this organization and the value of their service. Having Tomo as a guide during my stay was hands down the highlight of my trip. He had planned the perfect itinerary based on my specific requests and interests. When I first booked my vacation, I was nervous about wandering around Tokyo by myself. I am grateful that I stumbled on the Tokyo Free Guide service. Having a local guide show me around town was the perfect solution! There is absolutely no way I could have accomplished all of the sightseeing I experienced if I had been on my own. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this organization is. If you have an opportunity to utilize a guide from this service do not hesitate, just do it!

I would recommend your service to anyone. It is an excellent way to see Tokyo and start to understand the culture. We certainly learnt how to use the transport system. A great day indeed! Tatsuya was excellent and had gone to great trouble to plan the day. Thank you! :The name of the guide is Tatsuya Masamoto.

I want to say a big Thankyou Tokyo Free Guide and in particular Kayo Miyamoto.
My husband and I spent a wonderful 8 hours with Kayo on Saturday this week, she was kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. She negotiated the crowds and transport during golden week. She also assisted us with tickets to both Mt Fuji and Kamakura. I feel like I’ve made a new friend. All through the day, she snapped photos of us and today we came back to the hotel to a lovely gift of the printed photos.
Thank you for such a wonderful service and in particular thanks to Kayo.

Wata was very funny, friendly and spoke spanish very well; he was very open to answering our questions and provided us insights and explanations helped us to understand more about Japan, its culture, food, traditions and Japanese people.

A great experience
From the first moment, Sumio Matsuno worried that our trip to Tokyo would be a great experience. Prepared in detail the places to visit, booked restaurants, .... a great job!
Sumio is an excellent person who gave us the opportunity to meet him for 2 days, our son is an Olympian with the Spanish team of field hockey and will participate in the next Olympics. Sumio took care to show us the Olympic facilities where our son competed.
This was the 3rd time we traveled to Japan and Sumio has made us see a facet that we had not known before. Thank you very much for your work.
