Toshimi was an excellent ambassador for Tokyo. She showed us the Tsukiji fish market, the Ginza shopping area, Shibuya crossing and Sensoji temple. She provided many interesting facts about Tokyo and helped us shop for perfect gifts. She even taught us origami! We spent 5 day in Japan during our honeymoon. Kazushi Onuma showed the main temples and sightseeing spots explaining the culture and history. In addition he gives us many practical tips on subway, geography and what's to do in the next days in addition to our tours. He described Tokyo as Japanese person not a touristic guide, we ate together in a non touristic Japanese restaurant, in summary he showed us the really Japanese life from a Japanese perspective not as a tourist imagine Japan. What a great way to introduce visitors to your extraordinary city. We loved seeing Tokyo through the eyes of a knowledgeable insider. We spent a lovely (albeit very hot) day with Yuka who was generous with her insights, insider tips and time. She even took us to a local supermarket when she heard that we were keen on stocking up on Japanese pantry items and weren't sure what to get. The service is very professional. We appreciated the initial questions Yasushi asked us in the email, about what we expect etc. Maybe it´s a good idea to mention the fee in the footnote of the email, so that the guide is not embarrassed to remind us. But we knew it from the beginning of course. I also admire the feedback form, very clear and minimalistic in design.
