| Our family of four (children are 13 and 11) enjoyed a wonderful day with our guide Masako. | I’m very grateful for Miki. I really had a very wonderful time touring Tokyo with her last February 8th. We were looking forward to see Kamakura but due to the weather that day, we just decided to tour the city. It didnt matter because we still had a great time. She took me to my first Buddhist temple ceremony and told me about the rituals involved, that’s really unforgettable for me. The place where she brought me to eat was really fantastic, I never enjoyed sushi that much before! We also toured Meiji shrine, a part of Yoyogi park, Harajuku, Shinjuku area, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and more. She took me to stores which I did go back to in the following days for shopping based on her recommendations. There was really no problem in communicating with her as she speaks really good English and she will make you feel comfortable, as if you’ve been friends for years! She’s kind and shared not only information about Tokyo but her personal wisdom as well. I got so much inspiration from her stories. Truly, she is one great, wonderful woman. She even sent me suggestions for the places to visit in Kyoto. It was really a very great day and I can’t thank her enough for that. | When I signed up for TFG, i was expecting a fun day out with a native Japanese. Instead, my husband and I got a friend. Yuji-san provided us with many tips before our trip. He even ran through our itinerary and gave us feedback about it. On the guide day, he and his wife Naomi hosted us and we had so much fun exploring parts of town we won’t know about as a tourist. They even accompany us on another day (public holiday) and gave us gifts too! Thank you TFG for introducing us to a real friend. |

| Gen and Naomi were one of the nicest people we have ever met.There are no words for how thankful we are to have met them, they accompanied us during our stay in Tokyo. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable and they spoke English very well. They went beyond to just being our guides and we got to celebrate our anniversary with them, we wish there was more time for us to hang out. They explained the history of the places we visited, how to act when visiting shrines and temples. They even printed out guides for us for our trip to Disney and information about Meiji. | We had an excellent time with Masami during our tour. She was friendly, very professional, and very accommodating. She lined up our itinerary including visits to Tokyo Sky Tree, Asakusa, and Sensouji temple. We also had a wonderful and delicious Ramen noodle lunch that we had requested. She was also very patient with us since my mother who is past 80 couldn’t walk fast. Our overall experience was very positive and, hopefully, we can visit Tokyo again in the near future and use TFG again. |

| This is our first time to Japan and using the TFG was an excellent way to be introduced to Tokyo and the Japanese cultural. Our guide, Chikako, made our trip so much more rewarding for the information provided to us and the ease that we got around. We had Chikako for 2 days and she was always punctual, friendly, courteous, flexible and receptive to our travel desires and very informative with the sites visited, offering suggestions as needed so our available time was used to maximum effect. Chikako has a very good understanding of English and we had no problems understanding her. In addition, Chikako explained and demonstrated the train system very well which has been important with our subsequent travels. We’ve used the JR and metro train services many times now and had no problems with any of our connections due to her earlier assistance. We think that the TFG is a valuable service for international travellers. We rate this service very highly and would not hesitate to recommend this service to our family, friends and colleagues. Thank you for helping to make our holiday such an enjoyable one. |

| We are truly grateful and surprised by the hospitality and goodwill that was the day that we met our guide Masami Nakano, she guide us kindly by the city. She showed us spectacular locations, took us to lunch in an exquisite local restaurant , told us part of the story, made us gifts, also taught us to take the metro, gave us maps with places to visit in Kyoto, even made us reservations to take the Shinkansen. | We were very satisfied with our guide, he came up with his own good ideas how to spend the day in accordance with our wishes, made a wonderful programm – starting with Tsukiji fishmarket including sushi breakfast and ending with Asakusa Sensoji Temple – and arranged everything beforehand. So we spent a marvellous day and visited many interesting places in Tokyo, which we would never have managed without his support. |
